So I've been doing a lot of research and gathering a lot of ideas about the wedding, some I am sure that I'm going to incorporate, others I'm not so sure...
Things I know for sure:
We are having a candy buffet - I think they are fun and different, and don't cost that much to put together
Wedding Colors - the wedding colors are purple (sangria) which is a rustic looking purple, not your eggplant or anything like that, the accent color is going to be orange, same rustic type orange, not a pumpkin orange
The flowers will be calla lilies



Theme- We are planning for a Fall 2011 wedding so we want to stick with the fall theme, fall colors, etc
Engagement pictures - A friend of Brian and I, Amy Williams, is going to be doing our engagement photos this October, since we are going with the fall theme/colors we want our engagement photos to reflect the same tone
Invites - My friend Jason will be doing our invites, he'll actually be doing all the stationary for our wedding, table numbers/cards, invites, save the dates, etc. I've known Jason for a long time and he is a graphic designer by day, so I know he will do a great job

Things I don't know for sure:
Where to have the reception - Ever since I was a little girl I wanted an outdoor wedding, its different and can be made so beautiful, however Syracuse isn't the most wonderful place for an outdoor wedding, We have an appointment to look at Borio's next week, so we will see how that goes
Dress - haven't even started looking
Table Games - I'm going to dedicate a full blog entry to this idea, hopefully get some feedback
Favors - have some options
